The Hightower Agency is proud to announce we are officially HubSpot Certified as an driver recruitment advertising agency! Not sure what HubSpot is or why this is so exciting for us? We’re happy to tell.
Hubspot is an inbound marketing software platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers. The Hightower Agency uses this platform as a strong marketing tool to recruit truck drivers. With the use of HubSpot, you can turn your website into a magnet. It allows you to create content, optimize it for search engines and share it on social media. Then engage prospects with landing pages, call-to-actions, personalized email and a personalized website. That’s inbound marketing.
Here is inbound in a nutshell:
What’s great about HubSpot is that you can do it all in one platform:
- Social media
- Sites
- SEO
- Marketing Automation
- Landing Pages
- Analytics
- Blogging
Not only does HubSpot have all the tools to attract, convert, close and delight customers (drivers!), but the certification reflects the best practices of inbound marketing. It’s great to have the tools available, but if you don’t know how to use them to their full advantage, you could be losing the benefits. The Hightower Agency learned the ins and outs of the inbound methodolgy and truly understands and do’s and don’ts of inbound marketing. Having knowledge of the best practices is key, and a certification shows you know your stuff!
HubSpot has a lot of moving parts. They designed the certification program to test its partcipants for and to test them on having a working knowledge of HubSpot and inbound best practices. In this certification, we didn’t just learn how to use the tool; we learned why we use it and how it fits into a broader inbound methodology.
When it comes to recruit drivers, the inbound methodology works. The goal is to attract drivers through blogging, keywords and social media. The visit your sites, fill out a form through a call-to-action on a landing page, then they become a lead. After the prospective driver becomes a lead, you can connect with them through email, signals and workflows. Once they have applied with your trucking company and they’re hired on to drive for your company, you have succeeded! But it doesn’t stop there. You want them to be promoters, meaning becoming recruiters themselves by telling others about your trucking company and promoting your company. This can happen through events and smart content — once you’ve delighted them at the point where they’ve influenced others to check out your company, you have a new stranger. It starts back again with phase #1.
There are a lot of steps to the inbound methology and recruiting drivers through inbound marketing. Do you have time for social media, email marketing, creating new sites, SEO, marketing automation, creating landing pages and call-to-actions, blogging and analyzing metrics? If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us! We would be happy to discuss your recruiting needs.
